戒毒一号对甲基苯丙胺诱导的小鼠学习记忆损伤的改善作用

Improvement Effects of Jieduyihao on Learning and Memory Impairment Induced by Methamphetamine in Mice

摘要: 目 的 研究戒毒一号对甲基苯丙胺诱导小鼠学习记忆损伤的改善作用。方 法 将实验动物随机分成4组,对照组给予生理盐水,模型组给予甲基苯丙胺(10 mg/kg),给药组分别给予戒毒一号(14. 12、56. 48 g/kg)。 通过Morris水迷宫检测小鼠的学习和记忆能力,观察戒毒一号对甲基苯丙胺诱导小鼠学习记忆损伤是否具有改善作用。结 果 与对照组相比,模型组小鼠训练阶段逃避潜伏期显著延长(P < 0. 05),表明模型组小鼠的学习能力下降;模型组小鼠在测试阶段穿梭平台的次数显著减少(P < 0. 05),表明模型组小鼠记忆能力损伤。与模型组相比,低剂量组小鼠训练阶段逃避潜伏期显著缩短(P < 0. 05),小鼠在测试阶段穿梭平台的次数显著增多(P < 0. 05);与模型组相比,高剂量小鼠的逃避潜伏期有缩短的趋势,测试阶段穿梭平台的次数和时间有增加的趋势,但差异无统计学意义。结 论 戒毒一号具有改善甲基苯丙胺诱导小鼠学习记忆损伤的作用。

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study is to research the improvement effect of Jieduyihao (JDYH) on methamphetamine- induced learning and memory impairment in mice. Methods The experimental animals were randomly divided into 4 groups,the control group was given normal saline,the model group was given methamphetamine(10 mg/kg),the drug treatment groups were given different doses of JDYH(14. 12,56. 48 g/kg). The spatial learning and memory were assessed with the Morris water maze,and the effects of JDYH on methamphetamine-induced spatial learning and memory impairment in mice were investigated. Results Compared with the control group,the escape latency in learning phase significantly prolonged in model group(P < 0. 05),which indicated the learning ability went down in the model group;In the model group,the times of the mice crossed platform in testing phase significantly went down(P < 0. 05 ),which indicated the impairment of memory in the model group. Compared with the model group,the escape latency in learning phase significantly shortened in low dose group( P < 0. 05),and the times of the mice crossed platform in testing phase significantly went up( P < 0. 05);Compared with the model group,the escape latency had the trend of going down in high dose group,and the platform crossing times and time had the trend of going up,but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion JDYH can improve the learning and memory impairment induced by methamphetamine in mice.
