摘要: 分析B2C 电子商务模式下物流配送的特点,对考虑碳排放的带时间窗车辆路径问题进行描述,建立有时限的路径优化模型。应用GIS与禁忌搜索算法集成技术求解该模型,开发B2C电子商务模式下的物流配送路径优化系统,并以厦门市某B2C 电商企业物流配送基础数据为范例,进行系统的初步应用研究。结果表明:传统的配送路径安排中存在很大的碳排放改善空间;GIS 技术与禁忌搜索算法的有效集成不但实现了较优的配送路径优化决策,还能为管理者提供相应的辅助分析。

Abstract: The characteristics of logistics distribution under the B2C e-commerce modes were analyzed,the vehicle routing problem with time windows under the consideration of carbon emissions was described,a routing optimization model with time window was built up. The integration of GIS technology and Tabu-search algorithm was applied to solve the model. The logistics distribution routing optimization system under the B2C e-commerce modes was developed. A preliminary application study of the system was carried out on the logistics distribution data from an e-commerce enterprise in Xiamen. The results showed:there was still large space for carbon emissions improvement in the arrangement of traditional distribution routes;the integration of GIS technology and Tabu-search algorithm not only realized the better decision making of distribution routing optimization,but also provided assistant analysis to the decision makers.
