UP-DSS:A Decision Support System for Landscape Plant Selection and Community Configuration Based on Sunshine Adaptability

摘要: 快速城镇化形成的多样化日照辐射环境给景观植物选择与配置带来了困难。为解决这个难题,利用GIS、MS Excel 及MATLAB 等数字技术,构建了城镇景观植物决策支持系统(UP-DSS)。在总体结构设计上,采用模型库、数据库和知识库的“三库”管理子系统,分别用于管理树冠参数模型、日照辐射模型、植物群落模型和植物选择模型,植物数据和相关植物学知识。最后详细介绍了UP-DSS 用户界面的设计过程、控件组成及使用特点,以期为相关理论研究和实践工作提供参考。

Abstract: The issue of urban environment with diversified solar radiation formed by rapid urbanization has led to difficulties in plant selection and community configuration. In order to solve this problem,this study adopted some digital technologies,such as Geographic Information System (GIS),Microsoft Excel and MATLAB software,to construct the Urban Plant Decision Support System (UP-DSS). For overall design,the three-database(model base,data base,knowledge base)management subsystems were used to manage the canopy model,the solar radiation model,the plant community model,the plant selection model,the plant data and the botany knowledge,respectively. Finally,the author introduced the design process,the controls and the characteristics of the graphical user interface of UP- DSS. This research may provide references for relevant theoretical research and practical work.
