Abstract: Using the actual data of 2003-2013 in Shaanxi Province and the related theory of multiple linear regression model，and the main four explanatory variables including fiscal revenue，fiscal expenditure，tax and non-tax revenue were chosen to study the influence factors on private employment in Shaanxi Province. The empirical results showed：private employment was evidently affected by the financial income in Shaanxi province. Based on the above conclusions，the last part of the paper gave the relevant policy and suggestions.
