改进邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定络合铁中亚铁含量

摘要: 对标准HJ/T 345—2007邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定络合铁中亚铁含量存在显色不明显进行了改进。改进试剂添加顺序并用20 mL无水乙醇取代方法中的部分水溶剂,在溶液pH 3~9之间,邻菲罗啉能与络合亚铁离子形成稳定的橙红色络合物。该络合物的最大吸收波长为510 nm。文章提出的方法解决了标准HJ/T 345—2007对络合亚铁检测时显色不明显的问题,且样品的亚铁回收率在98.0%~102.0%之间。

Abstract: An improved phenanthroline spectrophotometric method for the determination of ferrous content in chelated iron was propsed,aimed at unclear color reaction of standard HJ/T 345—2007. By improving reagent addition sequence and replacing part of water with 20 mL of ethanol,when pH of the solution was between 3 to 9,o-phenanthroline with chelated ferrous could form a stable orange red complex. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 510 nm. This method can solve the problem of the unobvious color in the detection of the chelated ferrous by the standard HJ/T 345—2007 and the recovery rate of the sample was 98.0% to 102.0%.
