As a veteran member of Tong Meng Hui having experienced 1911 Revolution, Dong Biwu actively took part in the great practice of 1911 Revolution with the belief of bourgeois democracy. After converting into firm Marxist communist, he fully and justly expounded democratic revolution led by bourgeoisie from stand of historical materialism, correctly and fully assessed great achievements of 1911 Revolution and proved the limitation of achievements and revolutionary activity of bourgeois revolutionists.

Gramsci’s theory of civil society was born and developed in the special historical time. Compared with Marx’s theory, Gramsci’s theory of civil society emphasizes more about superstructure and class consciousness. On one hand, he stuck to the theoretical tradition of historical materialism in basic idea of his theory and in the historic mission aspect, and on the other hand, he has creatively developed Marx’s cognitive mentality that economic basis decides civil society, and exhibited realistic theoretic sight of contemporary society.

Chinese people have accumulated rich historical experiences in the progress of combining Marxist ideology of people oriented with Chinese practical condition, the main reflections of which lie in: sticking to Marxism, sticking to the Party’s leadership, sticking to protecting basic benefits of the masses, sticking to being from the masses, and to the masses, sticking to full development of people, and sticking to collective prosperity.

The teaching of political economic principles is, on one hand, important contents in the classroom teaching of ideological politics in universities, and, on the other hand, theoretical basis and important practical mechanism of ideological political education. Marxist political economic principles are a theoretical basis for assisting students in firming communist belief, understanding developing laws of human society and mastering scientific methodology. The “scientificity” of contents of the ideological political education can be strengthened by the teaching of Marxist political economics, as to have a better realization of education function for ideological politics in Marist theoretical education.

Some problems exposed in carrying out civil mediation system of our country prove the importance of inspecting the mediation. But in legislation, the regulation for the procuratorate to monitor the civil lawsuit mediation activity is imperfect with the unclearness of consciousness in the legislation theory. To include the civil mediation into the scope of inspecting and monitoring is in accordance with basic spirit of Constitution and Law of Civil Lawsuit and also inevitable demands for the dual judicial structure.

By the questionnaire for the postgraduates of humanity and social science specialties, after analyzing present state and characteristics of their quantitative analysis abilities, we find out that the consciousness of, the base of and applying attitude to the quantitative analysis vary according to specialties, grades and professional orientation. At present, most postgraduates majoring humanities have realized that quantitative analysis is an important research method and hope to master some mechanism of quantitative analysis. But in general, their quantitative analysis ability is vary weak, the arrangement for the classes in the universities is improper, and the postgraduates’ study about the related knowledge is inadequate, which combine to influence their abilities and application of quantitative analysis. Thus, the quantitative analysis ability for the postgraduates can be cultivated by raising realization about the important function of quantitative analysis, arranging the course properly and emphasizing practical ability.
