With a new type of urbanization unfolding and the urban-rural relations changing，a marriage dilemma，the coexistence of early marriage and“leftover men，”has appeared in southern rural China. Due to the gender imbalance，it is possible some men cannot find a woman to marry；on the other hand，with the acquiescence or even the maneuver of parents，some young people in rural areas get married before the legal marriageable age and become immature parents. The study explores the special form of rural marriage market in perspective to the overall village relationship of northern Guangdong. Under the structural pressure of economic differentiation and social stratification，the middle and lower groups try to use marriage to rise to a higher stratum；as the marriage pressure is transmitted downward at all levels，the lower-group men become the most vulnerable in the marriage market. However，the basic form of rural acquaintance society has not been changed with the development of rural society，and face is still an important dimension of social evaluation. On the one hand，a face crisis directly connects individual honor and disgrace with the clan；on the other hand，the face culture restrains the behavior of the acquaintances in the community and guarantees the homogeneity of the community. Families adjust their marriage strategies according to the changes in the marriage market. The conclusion of offspring marriage is not entirely for the benefit of the family，but also for the need of face reproduction.

Entrepreneurship is a positive way to solve the employment problem of disabled people. Compared with the survival-based entrepreneurship，opportunistic entrepreneurship can not only ensure their own employment and income，but also create jobs and improve social benefits. Promoting their entrepreneurial transition from the survival to the opportunity type is a new idea that can help the disabled to realize high-quality employment and entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial process of Yang Shuting’s entrepreneurial team is taken as a typical case，and the grounded theory is applied to an in-depth analysis of the entrepreneurial transition path of disabled people. On this basis，a theoretical model for the disabled to transit from survival to opportunity-based entrepreneurship is established by developing three main categories of motivation formation，ability shaping，and opportunity utilization，and three supporting categories of resource acquisition，entrepreneurial learning，and effective management. This model can help the disabled to break the shackles of survival-based entrepreneurship. Countermeasures and suggestions are also provided for the disable people’s entrepreneurial transition based on the three elements of motivation formation，ability shaping，and opportunity utilization.

In the era of foundation model，artificial intelligence law and its theoretical system have developed rapidly and gradually formed a unique branch of discipline. The emerging artificial intelligence law not only reconstructs the traditional legal research object，but also brings about innovative research methods，putting forward a different concept of justice. The formation and development of these theories are inseparable from the emergence of large-scale AI models（such as ChatGPT），which have played a huge role in promoting the updating of theories and promoting the overall improvement of rule of law practice. In the process of building its own AI legal theory system，China has benefited from the existing legal theory foundation and the vigorous development of AI industry. However，the uneven research levels and the barriers between disciplines have become a difficult problem in the construction. Future work needs to focus on the construction of basic concepts，frameworks，and a multi-dimensional，dynamic，and evolutionary theory system. Technological progress will continue to promote the evolution of legal theory.The transition from weak AI to strong AI brings in challenges as well as opportunities for the development of legal theory. In this process，it is essential to ensure human values，rights，and security. Building a legal theory system for AI requires avoiding potentially malicious applications of the technology while guiding it toward the good. This is not only an academic effort，but also a social reshaping of new concepts and practices of law. This work involves multidisciplinary collaboration，requires the formation of a global consensus and the update of practices，which will have a long-term impact on the future of the rule of law and the improvement of legal systems.
