Abstract: Since its founding, China has formed 4 foreign strategies:those of verticle alliance, of lying low, of opportunities and of a harmonious world. The change of them is due to the gradual progress of the strategical thinking models, i.e.the evolution from the antagonistic thinking model of the dichotomy of the subject and the object of a contradiction to the ecological thinking model, the evolution from the utilitarian-typed thinking model to a brand-new mutually-beneficial-typed thinking model of living harmoniously together between people, between man and nature, and between human and society. Such change and progress reflect the ever-increasing mature course of the foreign strategy and the diplomatic policy of the Chinese government.
