Function of Criticism by Literary Editors

Abstract: While there has long been criticism by literary editors, it was not until the 90s of the 20th century did it shape into a comparatively independent phenomenon. Literary editors are capable of promoting the exchange between the writers, works, readers and society, effecting a sound cycle, improving the quality of the works reflecting the demands of society and readers in every respect, leading the new trend and tendency in literature, and renovating the literary theory and the mode of criticism in order to promote their development and prosper the literary undertaking.
