摘要: 中国环境教育始于 1973 年, 已有四十多年的发展历程。在中国环境教育的发展过程中, 环境教育的理论体系尚未形成, 既对环境教育内涵的理解存在困惑, 也在环境教育重大问题的研究上不够深入; 环境教育的实践效果有待加强, 公众的环境意识仍相对缺乏, 教师在教学中渗透环境教育的动机不足, 环境教育的处境尴尬; 环境教育的立法进程有待加快。究其原因, 主要是环境教育理念的桎梏、 环境教育理论的滞后和环境教育的研究不够。为进一步推进中国环境教育的发展, 必须加快构建环境教育的理论体系, 加快制定和实施环境教育政策, 加快环境教育法的立法进程。

Abstract: It has been more than forty years since China started its environmental education in 1973. During this process,its theoretical system has not yet formed,people have not had a clear understanding of its implications,and there have been no thorough studies of important issues related to environmental education.The practice effect of the education needs to be improved,public environment awareness is still rather weak,teachers lack motivation to infiltrate environmental education into their teachings,and the environmental education fall into an embarrassing situation. To further promote the development of China’ s environmental education,it is necessary to accelerate the establishment of a theoretical system,the institution and implementation of corresponding policies,and the legislative progression.
