摘要: 纤维过滤除尘技术在气溶胶粒子排放控制的应用中具有过滤效率高、运行稳定、纤维滤料选择范围广的明显优点,其发展至今形成了多种过滤材料,有了较完备的理论支撑和相关技术规范。围绕气溶胶粒子纤维过滤技术的过滤理论、关键参数、过滤介质、过滤过程及过滤技术等方面进行了阐述,并介绍了目前气溶胶粒子过滤的新型技术,为气溶胶粒子过滤除尘领域的研究提供参考。

关键词: 气溶胶粒子, 纤维过滤, 净化, 过滤理论, 细颗粒物排放控制

Abstract: Aerosol particulate emission pollution is an obstacle to the improvement of atmospheric environmental quality in our country. As the emission control of aerosol particles,the filter filtration and dust removal technology has the obvious characteristics of high filtration efficiency,stable operation,various kinds and wide selection of fiber filtration media. It is evidence that fiber filtration technology has formed a variety of filtration materials,and has more complete theoretical support and related technical specifications. In this paper,the filtration theory,key parameters,development of filtration media,filtration process and filtration technology of aerosol particle fiber filtration were comprehensively expounded,the new technologies in this field were introduced,to provide references for the domain of aerosol particle filtration and dust removal.
