摘要: 为探析商业健身俱乐部服务质量对消费者满意度的影响效果,在SERVQUAL 量表的基础上结合访谈编制商业健身俱乐部服务质量问卷,对长春市281名商业健身俱乐部消费者进行了调查。采用Pearson相关系数法分析了整体服务质量与消费者满意度的密切程度,运用逐步多元回归分析了商业健身俱乐部服务质量5 个层面(有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性和移情性)同消费者满意度之间的关系。结果显示:商业健身俱乐部服务质量的整体及各层面与消费者满意度显著正相关并存在线性关系,其中可靠性对消费者满意度解释力最高。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of service quality of commercial fitness club on consumer satisfaction.According to the SERVQUAL scale and the consumer interviews, the questionnaire of commercial fitness club service quality was produced,an investigation of 281 members of commercial fitness club of Changchun City was conducted. The Pearson correlation coefficient method was used to analyze the close relationship of overall service quality and consumer satisfaction,the relationship between five dimensions of service quality of commercial fitness clubs(tangibles,reliability,response,assurance and empathy)and consumer satisfaction was analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the whole and all levels of service quality of commercial fitness clubs and consumer satisfaction were positively related and there was a linear relationship between them,the reliability had the highest explanatory power to consumer satisfaction.
