一种天然绿色素改性产物的光热稳定性研究

摘要: 研究了藜蒿叶绿色素改性制取的绿色素铜钠盐的吸收光谱, 测定了藜蒿叶绿色素铜钠盐在不同酸碱、不同环境下的光照、 加热等条件下的稳定性。 结果表明 : 藜蒿叶绿色素铜钠盐的吸收光谱与市售的叶绿素铜钠盐的特征吸收类似; 藜蒿叶绿色素铜钠盐对酸碱、 光照、 热均有很好的耐受性。

Abstract: The absorption spectrum of sodium copper chlorophyllin produced by artemisia selengensis chlorophyll modification was studied. The stability of the produced sodium copper chlorophyllin in different pH, light and heat were determined. The results showed the absorption spectrum of the sodium copper chlorophyllin from artemisia selengensis leaf pigment was consistent with the commercial sodium copper chlorophyllin, and the product had good tolerance to acid, alkali, light and heat.
