仙人掌多糖对高血脂小鼠血脂的影响

Effect of Polysaccharides from Opuntia dillenii Haw. on Hyperlipidemic Mice

摘要: 目 的 研究仙人掌多糖对高血脂小鼠体内血脂的影响。方 法 随机选用雄性SPF级小鼠28只, 分为4组, 建立高血脂小鼠模型, 取血清对TC、 TG、 MDA含量及全血的SOD活性测定。结 果 给药15 d后, 仙人掌多糖组小鼠的TC、 TG与MDA含量均小于模型组, SOD含量大于模型组。结 论 仙人掌多糖具有降低小鼠体内血脂的作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of polysaccharides from Opuntia dillenii Haw. on hyperlipidemic mice. Methods 28 mice were randomly divided into four groups. The hyperlipidemic mice models were established. Then the content of TC、 TG、 MDA and the activities of SOD in mice blood were determined.Results After 15 d treatment, the TC,TG and MDA content in Opuntia dillenii Haw. group were lower than those in model group,and SOD content was higher than that in model group. ConclusionPolysaccharides from Opuntia dillenii Haw. has the funtion of reducing the blood lipid in mice.
