改性滑石粉增强增韧聚丙烯研究

摘要: 以柠檬酸为改性剂对滑石粉进行表面改性,将改性滑石粉与聚丙烯(PP)采用熔融共混方法制备出系列改性滑石粉/PP复合材料;通过红外吸收光谱、扫描电镜和冲击、拉伸性能实验等方法研究改性滑石粉对复合材料的内部微观形貌、力学性能以及流动性能的影响规律,结果表明:滑石粉经柠檬酸改性后能够明显改善与PP的相容性,促进滑石粉颗粒在PP基体中的均匀分散,从而实现复合材料的加工流动性能和冲击韧性、拉伸强度等力学性能的全面提高,同时增强增韧聚丙烯的作用。

Abstract: Used citric acid as a modifier for surface treatment of talc,the modified talc and polypropylene(PP)were prepared by melt blending and obtained a series of PP/talc composites. With infrared absorption spectrum,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),impact properties test,tensile properties test and other experimental methods,researched the modified talc influence of the internal microstructure,mechanical properties and flow properties to the composites. The results showed that:the talcum powder after citric acid modifing can obviously improve the compatibilitys between talcum powder particle and PP,promote the talcum evenly dispersed in PP matrix,and improved processing flow properties,impact properties,tensile properties and other mechanical properties,toughened and reinforced PP.
