飞行器智能拉烟器结构设计及控制方法研究

摘要: 目前,大部分的拉烟器需要手动拉烟,且烟带形式单一,在飞行表演中使用限制多,装置加装难度大,且用于小型旋翼无人机的拉烟器研究很少。为了弥补上述缺陷,提高拉烟器的实用性,设计了一种由导气装置、开关装置、生烟装置、控制装置和固定装置组成的智能拉烟器,详细阐述了其机械结构的设计思路,并基于拉烟器设计制作了相应的控制电路。通过半物理仿真验证了拉烟器包括手动拉烟、自动拉烟和智能拉烟等预期功能,优化了现有拉烟器的实用性,扩展了拉烟器的适用范围。

Abstract: At present,most of the smoke extractors need to pull smoke manually,and the form of the smoke belt is single. There are many restrictions on use in the flight show,the installation of the device is difficult,and there are few kinds of researches on the smoke extractors for small rotorcraft UAV. In order to make up for the above shortcomings and improve the practicability of the smoke extractor,this paper designs an intelligent smoke extractor consisting of a gas conducting device,a switch device,a smoke generating device,a control device,and a fixed device,and elaborates the design ideas of its mechanical structure. Base on it,the corresponding control circuit was designed and manufactured. The semiphysical simulation verifies the expected functions of the smoke extractor including manual,automatic,and intelligent smoke extraction,optimizing the practicality of the existing,and expands the scope of application of the smoke extractor.
