迪那2 气田井筒堵塞物来源分析及解堵方法

摘要: 针对迪那2 气田井筒堵塞问题,根据井口异物、生产管柱堵塞物化学成分,认为井筒堵塞物主要来源有3 种,分别为地层砂、一定环境下结晶的碳酸盐垢和有机物。总结油管穿孔、连续油管疏通管柱、更换管柱并清理井筒的已有解堵措施经验,结合迪那2气田单井打开厚度大、非全通径管柱为主、井筒遇阻位置距离射孔底界较远的实际情况,分析化学解堵如酸化井筒解堵的可行性,认为迪那2 气田目前阶段合适的解堵方法为酸化井筒化学解堵。

Abstract: In the view of the well bore blockage issue in Dina-2 gas field,according to the chemical composition of well head foreign matter and well bore blockage,it was considered that the well bore blockage had three sources which were formation sand,crystal of carbonate scale under certain environment and organic matter. This paper summarized the unplugging measures experience of tubing perforation,plugging removal of coiled tubing,and replacement of pipe column and cleaning pitshaft. According to the actual situation of long opening thickness,non- full diameter pipe column,far distance between well bore block site and perforation bottom,this paper analyzed the feasibility of chemical solution such as plugging removal of acidization;it is considered that the acidization is a better solution at present.
