Abstract: Based on the third national agricultural census，the author studied the characteristics of rural labor structure in Mentougou District of Beijing and the changes of labor structure under the background of industrial structure reform in Beijing. According to the characteristics and current situation of rural labor force in this area，the future labor situation is predicted，and some relevant suggestions are put forward.
