Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with laparoscopy on the diagnosis and treatment of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in children. Methods The clinical data of children with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in the Department of General Surgery，Wuhan Children′ s Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2016 were collected and analyzed. Results The difference of positive rates was not statistically significant between ECT combined with laparoscopy group and gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with laparoscopy group（P > 0. 05）. Conclusion The gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with laparoscope model has important clinical significance. It can one-step find the site of gastrointestinal bleeding，and can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis and treatment of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in children.
