摘要: PHA法是在项目的前期阶段对存在的各种危险因素、出现条件和事故可能造成的后果进行宏观、概略分析的系统安全分析方法,具有简单易用、运营费用低、条理化强、分析结构严谨、分析周期短等优点。本研究在收集大量信息的基础上,采用PHL分析方法和PHA分析方法,辨识斜拉桥索塔爬模工法中存在的各种危险、危险影响、危险程度、危险等级,并制订相应的防控措施,从而杜绝事故发生,以做到安全控制的前瞻性和预控性。通过本方案的实施,将PHA法应用于斜拉桥索塔爬模工法施工中的安全风险与风险预防分析,研究其可行性和可靠性。

Abstract: The PHA method is a system safety analysis method that analyzes various risk factors,occurrence conditions and possible consequences of accidents in the early stages of the project. It has the advantages such as simple and easy to use,low operating cost,being well organized,rigorous analytical structure,short analysis cycle etc. Based on a large amount of collected information,this study used PHL analysis and PHA analysis methods to identify various hazards,dangerous effects,danger grades and hazard levels existing in climbing formwork technology of cable- stayed bridge pylon,and then formulated corresponding prevention and control measures. In order to prevent the occurrence of accidents,we can achieve the forward-looking and pre-control of safety control with the analysis method. Through the implementation of this scheme,the PHA method was used to analyze and prevent the construction safety risk in climbing formwork technology of cable- stayed bridge pylon,and the feasibility and reliability of the method were studied.
