武汉市武昌区湖泊中抗生素残留状况调查

Investigation on Residues of Antibiotics in Lakes in Wuchang District of Wuhan City

摘要: 通过采集武汉市武昌区6个湖泊(内沙湖、外沙湖、四美塘、晒湖、紫阳湖、都司湖)的水样,采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对水样中的磺胺甲噁唑、四环素、氧氟沙星3 种抗生素进行定量分析,初步分析了湖泊中抗生素的残留状况。结果表明,四环素、氧氟沙星均未检出,磺胺甲噁唑在冬、春、夏3个季节中均有检出。检出频率最高的是春季,其次是冬季和夏季。

Abstract: Water samples were collected from six lakes(inner Sha Lake,outer Sha Lake,Simeitang,Shai Lake,Ziyang Lake,Dusi Lake)in Wuchang District. Three antibiotics of sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline and ofloxacin in these samples were analyzed with SPE-HPLC,and the characteristics about residues of antibiotics in the lakes were preliminarily discussed. The results showed that tetracycline and ofloxacin were not detected,sulfamethoxazole was detected in winter,spring and summer. The highest detection frequency was in spring,followed in winter and summer.
