无痕热流道汽车A柱面板注塑成型模拟研究

摘要: 轿车门内饰板大部分为细长型, 少废料、 低翘曲量以及无熔接线是用户最关注的, 也是注塑生产中的关键指标。以家轿A柱面板为例, 运用Moldflow软件, 对3种不同的注塑成型工艺方案进行数值模拟流动分析, 获知采用PP-TD20为原料进行热流道注射成型的方案, 满足少废料、 低翘曲量以及无熔接线的生产技术要求。实践证明, 模拟数据为实际模具设计及注塑生产提供有力的参考依据。

Abstract: The interior trimming panels of automotive doors are mostly in a slender form. Little scraps,small amount of warping panels and no welded lines are the key index which the users pay most attention in injection molding production. Taking the A-pillar panel in family car as example, adopts the Moldflow software to carry out the numerical simulation flow analysis on 3 different processing programs of injection molding. Finds out using the material PP-TD20 in hot runner injection molding can meet the productive and technical requirements of little scarps, small amount of warping panels and no welded lines. The practice proved that the stimulated data provide references for real mold design and injection molding production.
