Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of Sulodexide on albuminuria in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 65 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided to a control group including 30 cases and a treatment group including 35 cases. Both groups have the treatment 8 weeks. The control group orally take Losartan 50 mg/d for 4 weeks. The treatment group on the basis of normal treatment（Losartan potassium 50 mg，one time/d），adds Sulodexide 600 LSU，qd，iv ，one time/d，after 2 weeks，changes to use Sulodexide tablet 200 mg/d for 6 weeks （totally 8 weeks）. Results After treatment，B2-MG，BUN，CREA and 24-hour urinary protein is significantly lower than that before treatment for both groups（P<0. 05 or P<0. 01）. These indexes of treatment group are better than those of control group. Conclusion Sulodexide can relieve albuminuria effectively in early diabetic nephropathy.
