摘要: 随着时代的进步、社会的发展,原有农居已不能满足现代生活的需要,并且也不能满足资源节约型社会的时代需求,所以,改造原有农居、提出新的节能型农居是一项重要内容。创造宜人的居住空间,已成为新农居建设的一大亮点。针对荆楚地区农村建设中所普通存在的问题,就墙的用材、门窗构造、屋面地面、能源使用、建筑通风几个方面进行了剖析,指出优点和存在的不足,并综合新技术、新工艺、新材料提出优化方案,以构建具有荆楚特色的新型节能农居模式。

Abstract: With the development of society,the original rural housing has been unable to meet the needs of modern life and resource-saving society. Thus,transforming the original rural housing and putting forward new energy-saving rural housing are the main contents. Creating a comfortable living room has become a bright spot. Analyses ubiquitous problem focusing on the material of wall,the construction of door,roof and ground,the use of energy and the ventilation of building,and points out the advantages and disadvantages. With the usage of new techniques and processes,propose optimization for constructing new rural residential housing pattern with Hubei characteristics.
