新立油田套管防砂技术研究与应用

摘要: 主要从岩土力学角度分析了新立油田油井出砂原因,分析了地层、井况、开发等方面给油田带来的危害,油田油井出砂严重,将导致油井作业频次增加,检泵周期短,油井停产,严重制约了油田的生产。对出砂机制及套管防砂工艺进行研究,开发出新型套管防砂工艺管柱。对这一新型防砂技术进行了实证数据分析,分别介绍了单纯出砂油井、含少量泥浆的出砂油井、含大量泥浆的出砂油井等的使用情况,并分析了其经济效益。统计表明,其降低了维护性作业次数,延长了检泵周期。

Abstract: From the angle of soil and rock mechanics,analyses the sand production reasons in oil well in Xinli oilfield,also analyses the harms to oilfield from stratum,well condition and development,the sand producing is serious in the oil well,it makes the operation frequency increase,the pump inspection period become shorter and the production stop,these restrict the producing of the oil field. Researches the sand production mechanism and casing sand control technology,develops a new type of sand control casing column. Carries out the data analysis on the new sand control technology. Respectively introduce the using condition of the simple sand producing well,sand producing well with few mud and sand producing well with much mud,after using the technology ,it reduces the maintenance operation times and prolongs the pump inspection period.
