CTP-5 对食用菌种植基质的消毒种植试验

Planting Experiments of CTP-5 Disinfection to Mushroom Growing Substrate

摘要: 试验选取CTP-5和多菌灵两种消毒剂,设计了0~20 000 mg/L 7种浓度梯度组,对食用菌培养料进行处理后接种平菇菌种进行培养,通过观察食用菌菌丝的生长情况以及杂菌的生长情况,以研究CTP-5消毒灭菌效果。结果表明:CTP-5和多菌灵两种药剂处理培养料都具有明显的防污染效果,CTP-5和多菌灵的有效消毒灭菌浓度分别是10 000 mg/L、8 000 mg/ L。但药物处理组与高温灭菌组对照比较,其菌丝生长较慢,CTP-5与多菌灵处理组比较,消毒效果和菌丝生长差异不明显。CTP-5是无毒\无残留的新型消毒剂,可代替多菌灵在食用菌培养料中进行辅助消毒,防治污染。

Abstract: Chooses two disinfectant,CTP-5 and carbendazim designs seven concentration gradient between 0~20 000 mg/L,after mushroom culture material handling,Inoculates mush-room strains and cultures. Researches the sterilizing effect of CTP-5 by observing the growth of mush-room mycelium and the growth of bacteria. The results show that CTP-5 and carbendazim both have obvious disinfection effect to mushroom culture material,the valid disinfection concentration of CTP-5 and carbendazim are respectively 10 000 mg/L and 8 000 mg/L. compared with high temperature sterilization group,the growth of mushroom mycelium is slower in medicone group. Compared with carbendazim group,the difference of disinfection effect and mycelium growth is not obvious in CTP-5 group. CTP-5 is a kind of new disinfectant which is innoxious and noresidue,can substitute for carbendazim to complementary disinfection and pollution prevention in mushroom culture material.
