摘要: 设计了一款基于单缝衍射原理的微小尺度测量系统。该系统利用机械杠杆将待测物体的微小尺度反映在单缝缝宽的变化上,通过对单缝衍射条纹的检测,即可得知待测物体的微小尺度。对标准塞尺的测量结果显示,该系统具有精度高、操作简便、测量结果可靠等优点。

Abstract: A micro-scale measurement system based on single-slit diffraction is designed. The system changes tiny scale determination into the variable slit-width by mechanical lever,through the detection of single-slit diffraction fringes to obtain the micro scale of test objects. The measurement results of standard feeler show that the system has high accuracy,easy operation,reliable measurement result and so on.
