固定化微生物技术在印染废水处理中的应用

摘要: 印染废水由于色度高、水质变化大、生化性差等特点,是当前工业废水处理的难点和焦点之一。通过制备的固定化小球对模拟印染废水进行处理,实验结果表明,固定化微生物技术对印染废水处理的最佳条件为:pH值7,进水浓度300 mg/L,停留时间16 h,COD和色率的平均去除率分别在90%和70%以上。

Abstract: The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater is a problem of great difficulty and a focus of public attention because of its high color intensity, variation of water quality and poor biodeg? radation. The wastewaters were treated by immobilized microorganism technology. The experimental results showed that the average removal efficiencies of COD and color were over 90% and 70%,respectively,under the conditions of pH = 7,influent concentration = 300 mg/L and hydraulic retention time(HRT)= 16 h.
