银杏叶对亚硝胺合成阻断作用的研究

Blocking Effect of Ginkgo Leaf to Nitrosamin Synthesis

摘要: 比较了不同溶剂的提取方法对银杏叶在固液比为1∶10、提取温度80℃、提取时间60min时的提取物对亚硝胺合成阻断作用的能力,研究了不同浓度的55%丙酮提取的银杏叶活性物质对亚硝胺合成的阻断作用及对亚硝酸钠的清除作用。结果表明,银杏叶活性物质的适宜提取溶剂为55%丙酮,其提取物具有较高阻断亚硝胺合成及清除亚硝酸钠的功效。当提取物中固形物含量为43.60mg/mL时,银杏叶对亚硝胺的阻断率为73.02%,对亚硝酸钠的清除率为75.92%。

Abstract: Compares the effect to block nitrosamin synthesis of extraction of ginkgo leaf with different extractant under the conditions that the solid-to-liquid ratio is 1∶10, extracting temperature is 80℃, extracting time is 60 mins, studies the blocking effect to nitrosamin synthesis and clearance effect to sodium nitrite of ginkgo leaf active material with different concentration extracted by 55% acetone. The results show the suitable extractant is 55% acetone, the extraction has relative high function to block nitrosamin synthesis and to clear sodium nitrite. When the solid content is 43.60 mg/mL, the blocking ability to nitrosamin systhesis of ginkgo leaf is 73.02%, and the clearance rate to sodium nitrite is 75.92%.
