摘要: 频率测量是时域中描述时钟信号源稳定性的一种方法。采用DDS模块、计数器模块以及精密时间测量模块实现高精度的频率测量,并详细介绍了整个测量装置的原理与特征。

Abstract: Frequency measurement is an assessment method of the frequency source stability in the time field. The highly accurate measurement is realized by using the DDS module, counter module and precision time measurement module. The principle and characteristics of the complete instrument are described.
