开放式实验教学与护理教学改革的探索——以江汉大学护理学专业为例

摘要: 在护理学专业的本科教学改革中,以培养具有较强实践能力及良好职业素质的高级应用型护理专门人才为目标,通过“全天候”护理开放实验室、“情境教学”模式的教与学、学生“小教师”的互学等护理教学改革与创新,建立开放式实验教学模式,促进学生参与实践教学的积极性和主动性,培养学生实践能力与创新能力,从而提高他们的基本护理操作技能和护理服务能力。

Abstract: In the undergraduate teaching reform of nursing, aiming at training the skillful nursing staff with strong practical abilities and good professional qualities, the reform and innovation of nursing teaching model through the establishment of "whole-day" open laboratory, "situational teaching" mode and cultivating "young school teachers" were carried out. Open experimental teaching can help to promote students′ enthusiasm and initiative to participate the practice. It is an effective way to cultivate students′ practice and innovation ability, improve the quality of students.
