摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的介绍武汉市儿童医院PACS系统在放射科的应用情况.方法PACS与HIS、 RIS三系统之间通过HL7协议网关和DICOM Worklist进行集成, 将科内的影像设备、相机、电脑、专业竖屏及打印机等成功地连接到PACS系统.结果PACS系统实现放射科内部的无片化和无纸化, 优化了工作流程, 提高了工作效率.结论基于DICOM 3.0标准和HL7协议的IHE技术框架指导, PACS系统与RIS及HIS系统进行了无缝整合.

Abstract: Objective: To introduce the application of the PACS system in radiology department in the Wuhan Children Hospital.Methods Through HL7 protocol and DICOM Worklist,the PACS was integrated with the HIS and RIS system,and it successfully connected the Full-PACS with the imaging equipment,cameras,computers,professional portraits,printers and so on.Results: The PACS achieved filmless and paperless, optimized workflow and improved efficiency.ConclusionIt seamlessly integrate the PACS, RIS and HIS system, within technical framework guidance of IHE, which is based on DICOM3.0 standard and HL7 protocol.
