柿庄南煤层气低效井区水平井加密技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Horizontal Well Infilling Technology in Lowefficiency Well Area of Shizhuang South Coalbed Methane Field

摘要: 国内大多数煤层气田储层物性较差,渗透率一般小于 1. 0 mD,井网井距偏大,导致区域 协同降压困难,气井产量较低,水平井加密调整是解决煤层气井增产的有效关键技术之一。以柿 庄南区块为研究对象,通过试井干扰、数值模拟等手段,评价了该区井网井距的合理性,根据储层 地质参数优选了水平井加密潜力区,设计了水平井加密调整方案,并应用实施。结果表明:水平 井加密调整后,缩短了煤层气井间距离,区域气井间形成有效沟通,形成了区域降压,水平井稳定 日产气量 3 600 m3,为周边气井的 2. 5 倍,周边气井单井平均日增产 300 m3,取得明显效果。

Abstract: Most coalbed gas fields in China have poor physical properties,permeability is generally less than 1. 0 mD,and the well pattern and well spacing is too large,which leads to difficulties in regional coordinated depressurization and production of gas well is low. Infill adjustment of the horizontal well is one of the effective key technologies to solve the production increase of coalbed gas wells. Taking Shizhuang south block as the research object,this paper evaluated the rationality of well pattern and well spacing in this area using well test interference and numerical simulation,optimized the potential area of horizontal well infilling according to reservoir geological parameters,designed the adjustment scheme of horizontal well infilling,and applied it. The results showed that after the infill adjustment of horizontal wells,the distance between coalbed methane(CBM) wells was shortened, effective communication between regional gas wells was formed,and regional depressurization was formed. The stable daily gas production of horizontal wells was 3 600 m3 ,which was 2. 5 times of surrounding gas wells. The average production increase of single wells in surrounding gas wells was 300 m3/d,and remarkable results were achieved.
