具有温控声控蓝牙功能的拍拍灯智能移动电源设计

Design of Intelligent Mobile Power Supply for Clapper Lamp with Temperature Control,Voice Control and Bluetooth Function

摘要: 为了研究温控、声控、触控、蓝牙条件下的智能移动电源,结合REC-V2 语音芯片、微控制器、ESP8266 WiFi 模块、HC-06 蓝牙模块、SD 存储卡、发热模块、红外测距模块的特性设计PCB 电路主板,选用PLA 塑料3D 打印制作样机的外壳,采用用户主动控制开关、语音控制系统、微控制器实现了对智能移动电源工作模式的个性化定制,同时利用LED 灯、导温发热片输出光源和热源。通过家用220 V 和汽车车载12 V 电源两种不同的供电方式进行实验证明:该智能移动电源在传统充电宝既有性能的基础上,用户可以通过声控、手动操作、手机远程遥控等多种工作模式进行多种颜色LED 光源之间的切换、自定义温度的取暖加热和语音播报,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: In order to study the intelligent mobile power supply under the condition of temperature control,voice control,touch control and Bluetooth function,PCB board is designed with REC-V2 voice chip,microcontroller,ESP8266 WiFi module,HC-06 Bluetooth module,SD memory card,heating module and infrared ranging module. The shell of the prototype is made by 3D printing with PLA plastic. The control switch,voice control system and microcontroller are used to customize the working mode of the intelligent mobile power supply. The LED lamp and the heating pad are used to output light and heat source. Experiments with two different power supply modes,the household 220 V power supply and the vehicle 12 V power supply have proved that based on the existing performance of traditional power banks,the intelligent mobile power supply can be performed various tasks such as switching LED light sources between different color, heating and voice broadcast with user's needs by voice control,manual operation,and mobile phone remote control. It has certain practical value.
