摘要: 试图通过合理的城市交通规划来减少城市交通网络的交通污染带来的社会成本,由此建立了基于交通污染社会成本控制的网络优化模型,并通过算例对比了用户均衡准则模型、系统最优准则模型及所构建的机动车尾气污染网络优化模型的结果,为城市交通配流提供了不同的研究视角。

Abstract: This paper attempts to reduce the social cost caused by traffic pollution in urban traffic network through reasonable urban traffic planning. A network optimization model based on the social cost control of traffic pollution is established,and an example is given to compare the results of the equilibrium assignment model,the shortest path equilibrium model and the exhaust pollution network optimization model. It provides different research perspectives for urban traffic assignment.
