基于CAN分析仪和汽车仪表测试的教学实训平台设计

Design of Teaching Practice Platform Based on CAN Analyzer and Automotive Instrument Test

摘要: 为开展汽车智能技术专业车载网络应用技术课程的教学实训,以汽车仪表为测试对象,采用Kavser CAN 分析仪,通过C#设计仪表测试程序,将测试数据通过PC 发至USB 接口的CAN 分析仪,再经分析仪的CAN 接口传输至仪表总线,驱动汽车仪表各模块运行,实现仪表的车速、发动机转速、发动机水温及灯光测试。该测试系统可作为汽车智能技术专业核心课程共享的教学实训平台。

Abstract: For carrying out teaching practice of car network application technology course of the automotive intelligent technology major,this paper used automotive instruments as test objects,took the Kavser CAN analyzer to transmitted the test data to the USB interface CAN analyzer with C# designed instrument test program,then transmitted to instrument bus through CAN interface of transmission analyzer,and drove the automotive instrument modules′ operation,implemented instrument speed,engine speed,engine water temperature and light tests. Thus the test system can be used as a teaching and training platform for sharing core courses of automotive intelligent technology major.
