Abstract: Based on the theory of dissipative structure，the formation mechanism of the dissipative structure of the ice and snow sports industry in China and its self-organizing development path were analyzed under the background of the continuous evolution of the ice and snow sports industry from "organized" to "self-organizing". The results show that keeping the openness is the prerequisite for the formation of dissipative structure in the ice and snow sports industry in China，and keeping away from the equilibrium state is the necessary condition for the formation of the dissipative structure in the ice and snow sports industry in China. Nonlinear interaction is the internal basis of the formation of dissipative structure in China′s ice and snow sports industry and the fluctuation mechanism is the development basis of the formation of dissipative structure of China′s ice and snow sports industry. On the basis，combined with the current situation and existing problems，this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on optimizing the self- organizing development path of ice and snow sports industry.
