摘要: 质粒DNA(plasmid DNA)是最常用的基因工程和基因疫苗载体,近年来在生物医学和环境科学等领域得到了广泛应用。质粒DNA 纯化是分子生物学研究中常用的实验技术,纳米磁性粒子等固相载体技术和色谱技术优化了DNA 纯化方法。对大肠杆菌质粒DNA 常用纯化方法、内毒素去除策略以及自动化纯化设备进行综述,为质粒DNA的应用研究提供支持。

Abstract: Plasmid DNA is most common carrier for genetic engineering and gene vaccine,it is widely applied in biomedical and environmental science in recent years. Purification of plasmid DNA is the common techndogy in molecular biology,while solid phase carriers such as magnetic nanoparticles and chromatographic techniques have promoted the methods of purification of DNA. We present the methods of purification of plasmid DNA,endotoxin removal strategies and automatic nucleic acid purification device which are suited for plasmid DNA isolation,to privide the supports for application of plasmid DNA.
