Abstract: This paper discusses how to improve the quality of the science and technology journals by making effective use of the resources of the sponsoring enterprise. Taking Bridge Construction for example，the writer analyzed the efficient and sustainable resources of the sponsoring enterprise available for the journals from aspects of editorial board，manuscript sources，peer review，editors and authors. The practice proves that the influences of the journals in the associated industry and society can be improved with the technical influences of the sponsoring enterprises in the industry and with making good use of the guiding function of the editorial board. With the aid of the technical and talent support of the enterprises，by discovering high quality papers，selecting experts for paper review and realizing accurate paper review，the academic quality of the papers published can be guaranteed. Optimizing the structures of the editor teams，improving the comprehensive competence of editors are effective ways to ensure the editing quality of papers. Moreover，to base ourselves on the associated industry and provide better service to authors，enterprises and society are also effective ways to further expand the influences of the journals.
