摘要: 设计出等差数列的数值编码将基因位点简化,利用MATLAB程序进行数据统计,再以显著性分析法、单因素方差分析法来判断并确定出致病位点和基因。并根据实际数据用单因素方差分析法和卡方检验分析法来进一步探究了遗传性状和位点的关系。

Abstract: The genetic algorithm was designed to calculate the number of alleles,and the data were statistically analyzed by MATLAB. Then,the pathogenic sites and genes were determined by the significance analysis and one-way ANOVA. The relationship between genetic traits and loci were further explored by one-way ANOVA and chi-square test according to the actual situation.
