摘要: 介绍了一种掺碘化银的生物活性玻璃的制备方法以及制成品的理化性质的测定,结果显示:掺碘化银的生物活性玻璃不易受光、热、湿的影响,可在室温下保存,经矿化后掺碘化银的生物活性玻璃能较快形成具有生物活性的羟基磷灰石。

Abstract: This paper introduces the preparation of a kind of AgI doped bioactive glass(AgI-BAG),and studies the physicochemical properties of manufactured goods. The results indicated that the AgI-BAG was not easily affected by light,heat,wet and could keep stability at room temperature. After being soaked in Tris-buffer,AgI-BAG could rapidly form hydroxyapatite with good bioactivity.
