摘要: 快速城市化带来的径流量增大及径流污染加剧已严重威胁到河流水质水量安全,为了控制和削减进入河流的径流量及径流污染负荷,海绵城市建设已引起广泛关注。以重庆市重光湖滨公园的开发建设为例,介绍其海绵城市建设的环境目标及实现途径,探究海绵城市建设对河流水质水量的影响。结果表明,开发后河流水质基本能维持开发前的Ⅳ类水质;雨水径流既可满足水库生态需水量,又不易引发洪涝、水域大面积的缩减及水库功能的退化。

Abstract: Increasing runoff pollution from rapid urbanization has been a serious threat to the safety of river water quality and quantity,sponge urban construction has been widely noticed,in order to control and reduce runoff and runoff pollution load into the rivers. In this research,the development and construction of Chongqing Chongguang lakeside park were taken as an example,environmental goals and approach of sponge urban construction were described,and the impacts of sponge urban development on the river water quality and quantity were also explored. It turned out that river water quality after development could maintain Ⅳ level,nearly as before development;The reservoir water was also basically balanced,the ecological water demand of reservoir could be met by rainwater runoff,the flood,water area decrease and function degradation could not be caused easily.
