摘要: 以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、对氨基苯乙酮和苯胺为原料,对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,在一定条件下采用正交实验法合成了一种新型氮磷阻燃剂。利用DSC 检测其熔点在257. 28 ℃左右,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了产物的特征峰、核磁共振氢谱表征了产物的质子峰。正交实验结果表明:反应温度为130 ℃,反应时间为24 h,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为DOPO 用量的1%,苯胺用量为DOPO 摩尔量的7倍时,收率达68%。

Abstract: In this paper,9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO),para aminoacetophenone and aniline as raw materials,para toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst,a new type of nitrogen and phosphorus flame retardant was synthesized under certain conditions by orthogonal experiment method. With DSC testing,it found out the melting point was about 257. 28 ℃,the characteristic peaks of the product was tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and the proton peak of the product was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum instrument(NMR).The results of orthogonal experiment showed that while para toluenesulfonic acid catalyst dosage was 1% of the DOPO dosage,aniline dosage was 7 times of DOPO molar weight,synthetic yield of target product was 68% under the reaction temperature of 130 ℃ and the reaction time of 24 h.
