Abstract: College students’learning involution has been a universal phenomenon. It needs immediate further study on the psychological mechanism，but an effective tool for measuring the involution is still unavailable. By means of literature review and in-depth interview， the dimensions and items of a questionnaire are determined； after the surface validity is evaluated by psychological experts， a preliminary questionnaire of 36 questions takes shape. Atotal of 1043 offline and online questionnaires are distributed by the cluster random sampling method，and 980 valid questionnaires are collected after the invalid ones are excluded，with an effective recovery rate of 94%. The methods of project analysis，exploratory factor analysis，and confirmatory factor analysis are adopted to explore the structure of college students’learning involution，and finds that it includes the five dimensions of emotional arousal，action recognition，condition monitoring，anticipated goal，and return trade-off. The validity and reliability analysis proves that the questionnaire on college students’learning involution is a stable and reliable measurement tool.
