Abstract: The construction of digitizing literature material about the Party’s history is the significant revolution in the management process of the material, and the research of the construction is a new and important project. The digitizing, scientific and modernizing management of the literature material of the Party’s history is very urgent and important in the tendency of globalizing information. The rapid development of modern information technique, the extensive use of the internet in the people’s life and work make the exchange and share of the literature material of the Party’s history deeper and deeper.
