Abstract: In order to do ideological and political education work, it is necessary to study the law of the people’s psychological activity, because any kinds of people’s practical work is completed by the ddomination of people’s psychology. We should pay special attention to and improve cogently the ideological and political education work, and master the law of people’s psychological activity to make the ideological guidance and conversion by appealing to their better nature, convincing them with reasons and guiding by actions.
