Abstract: Academic atmosphere is an important symbol of the philosophy in running the university, education quality and management level. The effect of constructing academic atmosphere is finally shown in the performance of all the students. Thus maintaining the advancement of the student Party members, fully bringing into play the pioneers and models of student Party members in constructing the academic atmosphere can use the experience of a selected unit to promote the work in an entire area and use that of the area to promote all the areas so as to make fine situation of promoting and mutually developing the construction of the student Party organization and that of the academic atmosphere.
