摘要/Abstract

摘要： 人民监督员制度是我国检察机关的一项制度创新，它有效地回答了“谁来监督监督者”的追问，这项制度的成功推行，是因为它有四个方面坚实的理论依据：人民主权是人民监督员制度的政治基础，司法民主是人民监督员制度的理论前提，司法公正是人民监督员制度的理论追求，权力监督是人民监督员制度的理论核心。

Abstract: The system of people supervisors is a system innovation by the procuratorial organ of our country, which effectively answers the detailed inquiry of “Supervisors are supervised by whom?”. The promotion of the system is with solid theory basis: People’s rights are the political basis for the system of people supervisors, judicial democracy is its theory premise, judicial justice is its theoretical pursuit and supervising of powers is its theoretical core.
