摘要: 随着全球经济一体化、金融国际化趋势不断深化,探讨创新型金融人才培养方式成为高校金融专业教育改革的重要任务。开放性实验是对课堂知识的实践补充,也是培养创新型人才的重要环节。通过开展银行业务模拟与实验、证券投资业务模拟与实验、保险业务模拟与实验等金融开放性实验教学来培养创新型金融人才,以提高学生对金融市场的感性认识和领悟能力,提高学生的实践能力和适应社会的综合素质。

关键词: 金融人才, 开放性实验, 培养方式

Abstract: With the integration of global economy and the deepening of financial internationalization, it is an important task for the education reform of the financial specialty of universities to probe into modes of cultivating innovative financial talents. Open laboratory is a practical remedy of classroom knowledge and is also an important link of cultivating innovative talents. The open financial experimentation of the analog and experimentation of banking business, the analog and experimentation of securities investment business, the analog and experimentation of insurance business, etc. can improve students’ perceptual knowledge and comprehension ability for financial markets and raise their overall quality of practical ability and society-adaptation.
