Abstract: The political development of the Latin America is a process keeping pace with the times and advancing continuously, which is also regarded as the Latin American way. Its formation is the same with that of the aim to the democratic pursuit and the struggle for the democracy in the Latin American independent movement. The Latin American way influences its economic development to some degree, but it is essential to the Latin American social development, goes throughout the democratic connotation of the Latin American independent movement and has profound influence on the Latin American society.
